Clinico-pathological profile of female breast cancer in Kashmir: an institutional experience

Background: Breast cancer is the most common among women and one of important causes death them. The present study tries to evaluate demographic, clinical, pathological profile female breast patients in Kashmir Methods: This was done government medical college Srinagar, department radiation oncology. A retrospective review 84 treated between January 2021 March 2023 done. Results: total were taken for this study. Most presented 4th 5th decade life with a mean age 45.5± 8.58. 50% having T2 followed by 19.04% T4 16.66% T1 while 14.28 % had T3 stage. 32.1% N0 nodal status, 25.0% N3 23.80% N1 N2 disease.52.38% stage II 36.90% III 4.76% IV. 85.71% invasive ductal carcinoma, 9.52% lobular carcinoma medullary carcinoma. Triple +, 27.38 Negative, ER+/ PR+. Conclusions: incidence more group 41–50 years. Stage III. histopathology type negativity seen our patients.
